Our objective is to maximize system uptime and staff performance and leave customers’ own in-house IT staff free to concentrate on more strategic ICT issues, thus allowing the customer to focus on its core business functions.

Our team of skilled design, installation and maintenance engineers are experienced in implementing solutions and maintaining products from a wide variety of vendors and our services are tailor made to meet most needs. 

What’s more, an experienced member of our ITIL accredited service management team will work closely with the customer to manage the business and service relationship ensuring that we are continually meeting all and any changing requirements.

ARM is focused on the development of tailored ICT solutions. Its staff has more than 20 years’ experience in servicing major organisations.

ARM operates from its offices based in Silsoe.    
ARM has a pre-stage and configuration facility along with a dedicated Service Desk, providing call administration, remote management, technical support and scheduling to ARM field engineering teams.

The Company utilises a nationwide logistics network so that engineers have fast access to the required stock. The Company’s integrated service management systems ensure that the right engineer gets to the right place, with the right part, in the shortest possible time. This comprehensive infrastructure enables ARM to provide the widest geographic coverage, thereby providing customers with a single source of support for their HQ, regional offices and other outlets, including mobile of home based workers.
